Custom & Import Duty

Shipping cost are covered by us, however custom duties are not included in the total price at checkout. Custom & Import fees are always determined by the custom agency within each country, therefore these fees, if applicable, cannot be predetermined. The evaluation of duties and taxes are based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Customers are solely responsible for payment of any duties or import taxes, these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

Custom duty, and taxes are non-refundable. If you decide to refuse your shipment because of unexpected import fees the following will not be refunded: Cost of shipping, duty/taxes and the cost of returning the shipment back to our warehouse.

We believe in our quality so much, that we provide a LIFETIME GUARANTEE on all of our products. If at any given time your product is damaged, fades or is defective during normal wear we will send you a one-time replacement (unless our quality control determines that your piece was intentionally damaged). In the event that Nordstract no longer carries the product, we will provide you with a replacement of equal or less value. In order to qualify for an exchange, you must send us a clear picture or video to info@nordstract.com of your product along with a detailed description. Once we receive your email, someone from our customer support team will reach out to you instructions on where to return your item.
